Marriage and Family Therapists are trained and licensed in the state of California to offer treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence based psychotherapy.

We offer hormone readiness & surgery readiness evaluations. We follow WPATH standards and write letters for gender confirmation.

My TMS treatment at IPMG was wonderful, and I personally feel that my moods have improved dramatically. I had been on medication for the past couple of years, and while my depression improved, I still had serious bouts that would last days or even weeks. With TMS, I would say that I felt the most improvement around week 2, with a dip in mood happening at the end of week 3. It’s leveled off right now, and while I still have bad days, I feel like I have more emotional control.

Spravato®
SPRAVATO® is a FDA-approved prescription nasal spray that is taken along with an antidepressant by mouth to treat.
Spravato nasal spray is indicated for treatment of major depression in adults who have failed treatment with at least two antidepressants (treatment resistant depression). It is also indicated in adults with depressive disorder with acute suicidal ideation or behavior.
