b) Go to Payment Section
Step 1) Enter Code from Bottom Left Hand Side of the Patient Statement. Check Sample
Step 2) Confirm Your Date of Birth
Step 3) Make the payment with a Debit or Credit Card.
Step 1) Look up Phone Number of Office Location where you were seen by the Provider at the following link: http://www.inlandpsych.com/contact-us/
Step 2) Call the Office Location where you have seen the Provider.
Step 3) Provide Payment Information to Staff
Step 1) Call our billing department at 909-307-1320.
Step 2) Request to pay bill by phone.
